Thing I saw said prices are from £30 to £385
I imagine a lot of Yanks will fly over to combine it with a trip to London to meet the Queen.
Like the NFL it will sell out especially with the teams involved

I happen to know a bit about conveyancing and some of you old-time WHOers will remember my live updates when we sold the ground.

What I couldn't say then but can now is that there was quite the argument over what is known as Chancel Law.

The name 'Ann Boleyn' played a major part in saving the club just shy of a million quid.

Chancel is the old name for the eastern - the East section of the cross that is made by building a Catholic church or cathedral. It points to Mecca, funnily enough.

So the East section of a church is owned by anyone that lives in its Tithe District.

In modern days, you all live in these Tithe Districts but don't know it and here's the shitter for you (not me or Collyrob), if youre CofE or cannot prove otherwise, you are liable for any repairs to that part of the church! The Tithe District could be anywhere in the country! I live in Chatham but my Tithe District is in Southwark. I don't care as I have my name on everything from Christening to Choirboy to Alterboy to Confirmation and an army of old Paddy biddies to back me up. I'm a proper Oirish Catholic.

This is why no church roof is ever repaired and to sell the land you own as a church commands up to 300 fold of what it is really worth.

What I can't tell you is the deal signed by none other than a representative of The Queen to promise to pay an unknown benefactor a lifetime salary on agreement to repeal the right to reclaim the land in the name of religion.

It's very VERY underhand and secretive and there's no need to WHOmail me as I've already said too much and have had emails sent to a volunteer agency I do stuff for already this year from posters on this site.

You should have a word with the new owners of Upton Park, mate. See if they'll let us play a few games there - jumpers for goalposts etc. If we ask nicely, they might take down the 'no ball games' sign.

We get it, you're proper West Ham through and through (though you don't go), you didn't want to move and you're cross and you're staying cross. There's no need to bore us to death giving us a status update every day.
